Mini projector under development by Samsung and 3M

3M has announced at thus year's CES their first LED-based 13 mm thick projector, intended to be used in cell phones. The projector is capable of projecting images with a diameter of near 1 meter. In march 3M has reported that the first device intended to be launched on the market is under development, but they have disclosed no specs. Now it turned out that 3M is working together with Samsung on the mobile projector, which will be priced around 200-400 USD. It is not clear yet if 3M's projector will be available as an accessory, or embedded in phones.
