New Linux platform shown by the ACCESS

The new Linux platform of ACCESS will be available soon.

The Linux-based platform of ACCESS will be shown of the coming GSMA. It integrates the latest solutions of the mobilephone market into a customizable, Linux-based one. The core of it is the NetFront browser, it supports Widget and works with the recent NetFront Transcoder technology, it works involving special coding servers like the Opera, but these can optimize Flash and Java contents for mobile phones working with less resources.

The ACCESS NetFront browser can play the Flash-based Youtube videos also. Digital TV broadcast are naturally included in the platform as the support of DVB-H, which is getting more and more popular in Europe after Japan. The new platform of the ACCESS and the new NetFront Transcoder solution will be shown for the public on the GSMA starting next week.

I never did learn the english grammar, but i know that the extra "the" is not needed...

examples for translataion

It breaks the fluidity of the sentence - I can't explain it better :(

The 'the' is completely acceptable for it gives the sentence a slightly differenty meaning. Your version suggests as if there are other kind of Youtube videos than Flash-based. Or whatever. You'll get the point, I guess.

Nah, you're wrong, mate. In this case, that 'the' doesn't change anything at all, moreover, it's completely unnecessary - therefore should be left out. It's not that important though since people understand it both ways, only it'd make the sentence slightly more elegant.
