The Nokia AVA concept, made by Attila Kucsera, follows in the steps of Nokia 5140i.

ByB, aka Bence Bogár has drawn our attention to the fact that it's worth taking a look at Hungarian sites too, if we're looking for a really exciting concept. The Nokia AVA concept phone, pictured below, is designed by Attila Kucsera, it is 110 x 56 x 14 mm large, and is created in the same sprituality like Nokia 5140i. The water- and shock-resistant phone has an interesting design and has not out-of-this-world features. The solar battery embedded on the back cover, the GPS, the compass, the bubble glass, the noise level meter, the thermometer, the flashlight and the walkie-talkie are all available in phones, so applying these would mean no problem for the Finnish manufacturer. The 40 x 40 mm (2.22") square display, the camera with a flash and a mirror, the FM radio, MP3 player, infrared and Bluetooth support are all expected of a modern phone. The only question is when does Nokia want to make a heavy-duty phone with a similar design and that also lives up to modern expectations.
