Hi, your analysis is correct. but just remember that you still can use other player to listen to your music (WMP, MusicPlayer, etc...) so TouchPlayer is not in itself the best player.

What about the max volume level in your headset ? On my Onmia this is terribly low, I would say 50% lower as my old HTC Magician PPC... ? Same for you ?

Some good news, over on PPCSG they had an event with Samsung and MS attending and Samsung advised they will be releasing firmware updates on the web in late August.

Hi all, I hope this new firmware will really be available for everyone because the people in Germany who recently received their Omnia were a little bit disappointed due to the fact that they don’t have these advanced rotating and scrolling features as shown in bocha’s video of the new ROM. Does anyone know if this will be included in the coming firmware upgrade? Thanks again!

Can anybody tell me hwo to get the album art covers on the phone. I sync up my Omnia with my PC (XP) and drag the albums that I want to it through windows media player. On my PC I see the album art work but on the Omnia I don't??

Well, I use iTunes, so I assign the covers to the songs in it. With the files "created" (or "modified") with iTunes, Omnia shows the album covers.

Mmmh...I tried to use Itunes aswell but there is a conflict between XP and Itunes which makes Itunes really really slow. That is why I started using windows media player (11) again. All works fine but no album art
Anyone with the same problem or answer?
